The last week, Oct-Making Almond Butter


In this week, children made almond butter as floowing procedure;
1. Whipping cream- Fat 74%
2. Plain Yogut
3. Almond or Peanut
4. Bottle w/lid
You need only mixing and shaking until whey and butter produced.

Children are looking at "dead sparrow" with magnifier.
They learned external and internal anatomy of sparrow.

The 1st week, Oct-Prawn Salad




Children learned about shrimp and prawn last week.
And they enjoyed taste prawn salad.
They found the difference between shrimp and prawn as following;
1. The shape of gills
2. The number of "claw" attached on walking legs
3. Abdomenal segment
